Ingredients

  • 250 g firm tofu
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. 1Crumble tofu into a bowl.
  2. 2Heat olive oil in a pan and add tofu with turmeric, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3Cook 5–7 minutes, stirring.
  4. 4Add tomatoes and spinach and cook until spinach wilts.
  5. 5Serve immediately.
