Acceptance of terms
By downloading or using Appetizer, you agree to these Terms of Use (EULA) and our Privacy Policy.
Service description
Appetizer provides AI-powered recipe recommendations, ingredient scanning, meal planning, shopping lists, and cooking guidance.
User accounts & eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Appetizer. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account.
Subscriptions & payments
Payments are processed through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled in your Apple ID settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple.
Disclaimers
Recipes and nutritional information are estimates only. Always verify ingredients if you have allergies or dietary restrictions. You are responsible for safe food handling.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Appetizer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding a claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
