Ingredients
- 2 bell peppers
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups cabbage, chopped
- 1/2 onion, diced
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- 1Preheat oven to 190°C / 375°F.
- 2Sauté cabbage and onion until soft.
- 3Mix with rice and seasoning, stuff peppers.
- 4Bake 25–30 minutes until peppers are tender.
