  • 2 bell peppers
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 cups cabbage, chopped
  • 1/2 onion, diced
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 190°C / 375°F.
  2. 2Sauté cabbage and onion until soft.
  3. 3Mix with rice and seasoning, stuff peppers.
  4. 4Bake 25–30 minutes until peppers are tender.
